Three-dimensional (3D) isocentric fluoroscopy significantly reduces radiation exposure during percutaneous kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures (VCFs). This advanced navigation technique offers a safer alternative to traditional biplanar fluoroscopy without increasing operating time.
