[Lesion of the aorta abdominalis in gynecologic laparoscopy (author's transl)]

Two cases with lesions of abdominal aorta during gynecological laparoscopy are described. One case was fatal. The second patient could be saved from death. The misadventures occurred in diagnostic respectively operative laparoscopy.
