Summary

Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) is an effective immunosuppressive treatment for various ocular inflammatory disorders, including ocular cicatricial pemphigoid (OCP) and uveitis. MMF demonstrates comparable efficacy to cyclosporine A in preventing graft rejection and shows a favorable side effect profile.
