Abstract:
Silver was absorbed by cotton cellulose xanthate in solution at pH 6, and was eluated quantitatirely from CCX with 3% HNO3 solution and determination by FAAS. The method is simple and rapid and has been apllied to the determination of silver in rocks and water.
