[A review of the management of orbital cellulitis]

Twenty cases of orbital cellulitis were presented requiring hospitalization. Of theses their clinical history, diagnostic criteria, treatment and evolution was revised. It was observed that it is an unusual complication of sinusal pathology of which the precocious hospitalization multidisciplinary treatment avoids the appearance of endocranial complication.
