Summary

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) subtypes, classified by B-cell differentiation gene expression, show distinct clinical outcomes. Germinal center B-cell-like DLBCL has a better prognosis than activated B-cell-like or type 3 DLBCL.
