Migraine patients may exhibit abnormal high-frequency vertical vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR). This vestibular abnormality is more pronounced in those with migraine accompanied by aura and dizziness.

- The likelihood of vertical VOR abnormality increases in migraine patients with visual aura and dizziness.
