A lumbar pseudoaneurysm developed in a patient with myelofibrosis after medical procedures. Thrombin injection successfully thrombosed the pseudoaneurysm, offering a viable treatment option.

  • The lumbar pseudoaneurysm was successfully treated with a direct thrombin injection.
