Summary

This mini-invasive face-lift technique offers a simple, quick, and ambulatory approach for mild to moderate lifting. All patients achieved satisfactory results with this minimally invasive procedure.

  • Utilized a Khawaja-Hernandez or Keith needle with polypropylene 2-0 sutures.
  • Superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) was elevated and secured to the temporal bone periosteum.
  • 19 patients (14 women, 5 men; ages 51-67) underwent the procedure.

  • All 19 patients reported satisfactory outcomes.
  • The procedure was noted for its ease and simplicity by patients.

Conclusions:

  • The described technique provides a straightforward, rapid, and uncomplicated method for face-lifting.
  • This approach can be integrated with other facial rejuvenation treatments.
