Summary

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is common in human T-lymphotropic virus type I (HTLV-I) carriers, especially those with HTLV-I-Associated Myelopathy/Tropical Spastic Paraparesis (HAM/TSP). ED significantly correlates with urinary symptoms and neurological impairment in these individuals.
