Summary

The methanol extract of Piper chaba stem bark demonstrated significant analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-diarrhoeal, and CNS depressant effects in animal models. It also showed moderate diuretic activity at higher doses, supporting its traditional medicinal uses.
