Three-dimensional multidetector-row computed tomographic lymphography (3D MDCT-LG) accurately navigated breast sentinel lymph node biopsies in all patients. This technique offers high sensitivity and accuracy for identifying breast cancer spread, improving surgical planning.

  • 68 early-stage breast cancer patients underwent 3D MDCT-LG using interstitial iopamidol injection.
