Many glottic carcinoma patients retain normal or mild hoarseness, even with early-stage tumors. Unilateral, flat lesions are key factors for superior vocalization in these patients.

  • Psychoacoustic evaluation, acoustic analysis, phonogram, maximum phonation time, and stroboscopy were performed on 47 male glottic carcinoma patients and 13 controls.
