Summary

Minimally invasive saphenous vein harvest (MIVH) using the SaphLITE system significantly reduced delayed leg wound healing disturbances compared to open harvest. This technique preserves vein integrity and offers acceptable harvest speed for coronary artery bypass grafting patients.
