Summary

Anomalous azygos lobes, a rare lung variation, were found in 0.9% of patients undergoing endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS) for hyperhidrosis. Surgeons prepared for this anomaly achieve successful outcomes comparable to patients without it.
