Hypopharyngeal small cell carcinoma: a case report.

Summary
Small cell carcinoma of the hypopharynx is rare. Chemotherapy using carboplatin and etoposide, standard for lung cancer, achieved a complete response in a hypopharyngeal cancer patient.
