Summary

In healthy adults, higher anxiety levels correlate with increased beta-adrenergic receptor sensitivity. This suggests a different relationship between anxiety and beta-adrenergic function in normal populations compared to those with anxiety disorders.

  • Analyzed correlations between CD25, STAI, BDI, Body Mass Index (BMI), and age.
