[Clinical aspects and pathology of granulosa cell tumors. A single case report]

Case report on a granuloma cell tumour in a 82 year old patients. Because of estradiol production postmenopausal bleedings from a adenomatous-hyperplastic endometrium had been in the history. Hormonal values became normal following removal of the benign tumour in stage I. The most important pathologic, endocrinologic and therapeutical principles of the tumour have been described.
