Abstract:
The current healthcare system has reached its structural limits. The change of structures raises the expectation of improvements in quality and economic viability. In view of the integrated medical care approach, the sectorally-organized care must convert in a care process without sectoral boundaries. To implement such models, professionally-led management associations are indispensable.
