[Practical experience in the use of HPTLC for drug screening]

Abstract:

The authors give an account of practical experience with chromatography of drugs using HPTLC. As an indicator berberin hydrochloride or sulphate proved useful. The sandwich method was satisfactory as regards reproducibility of Rf values.
