Summary

The four-node axillary sampling with blue dye (4NAS/dye) is a reliable sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer, accurately detecting metastatic nodes without radio-isotope. This method successfully identified sentinel lymph nodes in 100 of 101 patients.
