Classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) and Primary Mediastinal B cell Lymphoma (PMBL) share similar origins and pathogenic mechanisms, suggesting a common B cell developmental pathway. Further research could refine diagnosis for rare intermediate lymphomas.
