  • Vulvar and perineal destruction can result from malignant lymphoma.
  • Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma and angiocentric mixed-cell lymphoma are potential causes.
  • Chemotherapy can be effective in treating these lymphomas.

Implications:

  • Delayed diagnosis or inadequate management of vulvar lymphomas can lead to extensive, destructive disease.
  • Timely intervention is essential for managing lower female genital tract lymphomas.
  • Further research into optimal treatment strategies for vulvar lymphomas is warranted.
