Probe angle is critical during Neodymium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (Nd:YAG) transscleral cyclophotocoagulation. Incorrect angulation, even by 15 degrees, can impair the reduction of aqueous humor production, impacting glaucoma treatment efficacy.
