Summary

Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5Is) effectively treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by targeting the cyclic nucleotide pathway. New PDE5Is offer improved options for men with ED, enhancing treatment efficacy and patient candor.
