Summary

Immunomodulatory drugs (IMiDs) are novel thalidomide analogues offering potent anti-inflammatory and anticancer effects. Second-generation IMiDs, like lenalidomide, show enhanced efficacy and improved safety profiles for treating various neoplastic and autoimmune diseases.
