Abstract:
The authors present the connection between the hepatitis type B and C with connective tissue diseases, mainly with vasculitis. They underline the role of immunological complexes deposited in the blood vessels as a main pathomechanism of vasculitis. They describe the etiopathogenic role of the viruses of hepatitis B and C in the vasculitis. The authors present also the problem of extrahepatic symptoms during the hepatitis B and C and the therapeutical difficulties with they patients.
