Summary

Higher fluoride levels in sodium monofluorophosphate (MFP) toothpaste significantly reduced dental caries in schoolchildren. Increasing MFP from 1000 to 2500 ppm F demonstrated consistent linear decreases in caries increments, with no observed adverse effects.
