Abstract:
Eleven Y-chromosome STR loci (DYS19, DYS389I, DYS389II, DYS390, DYS391, DYS392, DYS393, DYS385a,b, DYS438, DYS439) have been co-amplified in 96 healthy unrelated males of Chinese Mongol ethnic group, in order to investigate allele and haplotype frequencies of them, evaluate their usefulness in forensic casework.
