Human patient simulation is effective for teaching paramedic students endotracheal intubation

Summary

Paramedic students trained on patient simulators achieved similar endotracheal intubation (ETI) success rates compared to those trained on human subjects. These findings support the use of simulators for ETI training in paramedic education.
