EGFR expression and HER2/neu overexpression/amplification in endometrial carcinosarcoma

Endometrial carcinosarcomas frequently express Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and HER2/neu (HER2). While these markers show differential expression between tumor components, they did not correlate with patient survival, suggesting a need for targeted therapy studies.
