Summary

Pycnogenol, a pine bark extract, demonstrated broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against 23 pathogens. Even at low concentrations, it effectively inhibited the growth of bacteria, yeast, and fungi.

  • To determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of Pycnogenol for various prokaryotic and eukaryotic strains.
