Background:

Observation:
- Report of 3 pediatric cases (ages 4, 12, 15) with Hodgkin's disease and secondary central nervous system (CNS) involvement.
- Patients initially received chemotherapy (ABVD or COPP) and radiotherapy.
- Intracranial recurrences manifested with neurological symptoms like seizures and diplopia, confirmed via CT/MRI.
Findings:
- Recurrences occurred between 27-42 months post-initial diagnosis.
- Metastatic lesions were supratentorial.
- Despite initial treatment response, all patients succumbed to disseminated disease.
Implications:
- Combined modality treatment, including systemic chemotherapy and cranial irradiation, may improve disease-free survival in pediatric HD with CNS involvement.
- This case series highlights the challenges in managing rare intracranial manifestations of Hodgkin's disease.
- Further research is needed to optimize therapeutic approaches for CNS involvement in pediatric lymphomas.
