Summary

Intranasal immunization with a pneumococcal glycoconjugate vaccine, enhanced by CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) adjuvant, significantly boosted antibody responses. This suggests a promising strategy for developing effective mucosal vaccines against Streptococcus pneumoniae infections.
