Cerebral small vessel diseases are a heterogeneous group of disorders.
They affect various small blood vessel types, including those involved in lipohyalinosis, venous collagenosis, amyloid angiopathy, and Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL).
