Abstract:
Difficult to classify, glaucoma in young subjects--with a clinical presentation nevertheless comparable to the adult's--is underestimated, difficult to identify and treat, and is very heterogeneous. Few reliable screening tools are available and nothing has yet replaced the clinical experience of the physician. Vigilance is therefore required so as not to miss this diagnosis.
