Abstract:
A patient with combination of perianal condylomas and Bowen's disease is described. After resection of the tumor, the defect was repaired by use of V-Y plasty using triangular island skin flaps and split thickness skin grafts. After repair and reconstruction of the perianal area, the patient regained full continence.
