Abstract:
The study is presenting a case of the patient with synchronous pancreatic and rectal cancer. Rectal cancer was detected before pancreatic surgery based on the clinical findings and additional tests. Pancreatic and rectal resection performed as one-step procedure was the optimal surgical treatment in the analysed case.
