Summary
[D-Ala(2)-D-Leu(5)-Enkephalin] (DADLE) peptide treatment temporarily reduces cell transcription and proliferation by affecting RNA polymerase and splicing factors. Cell function gradually resumes upon DADLE removal, indicating reversible metabolic regulation.
