Summary

Interleukin-2 (IL-2)-activated cord blood (CB) cells show potent anti-leukemia activity. Eight-day maturation of CB mononuclear cells (MNC) with IL-2 enhances cytotoxic cell populations and cytokine production for potential immunotherapy.
