A searchable database for proteomes of oral microorganisms

A new online proteome database for oral bacteria was created using two-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) and MALDI-TOF analysis. This resource aids in identifying bacterial proteins and understanding their responses to environmental changes, like pH shifts in Streptococcus mutans.
