Background:

Multiple arterial grafting offers advantages in coronary artery bypass surgery.
Surgeons require versatile techniques for optimal conduit utilization.

Purpose of the Study:

To introduce and describe the tangential K graft technique.
To highlight its utility in performing multiple arterial grafts with two conduits.

Main Methods:

The technique involves using either the right internal thoracic artery (RITA) or radial artery (RA) as a free graft.
One end of the free graft is anastomosed to a marginal circumflex branch, the other to a diagonal branch.
A side-to-side anastomosis between the left internal thoracic artery (LITA) and the free graft creates a K-shaped configuration.
