Non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the female urethra

The third case of a malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the female urethra is reported. The urethra was the primary localisation of the malignancy. In the two other cases which could be found in a literature review urethral involvement by this disease was secondary to other organs. In all cases the tumor first was described as a caruncle. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of urethral tumors.
