Abstract:
For a long time, autonomic dysregulations in Parkinson's syndrome have been underrated as to their incidence and severity. Meanwhile, we know about their occurrence in the early stage of illness and that they do affect all patients in different ways and varyingly degrees. Patients should thus be interviewed and tested accordingly, and have treatment as needed. Cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and urogenital symptoms are most commonly found. However, any organic system can be involved.
