Pulmonary valve papillary fibroelastoma. A case report.

A rare pulmonary valve tumor, a papillary fibroelastoma, was found incidentally via echocardiogram before heart surgery. Surgical removal confirmed the benign diagnosis, highlighting the need for more case reports.
