Abstract:
A review of the clinical diagnosis of non-functioning primary ovarian carcinoma has been carried out from the records of a Teaching Hospital in London and from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Lagos and the observation from these two centres have been compared with those from the Mayo Clinic.
