Abstract:
The commitment of a crime results generally from personality disorders, often from an antisocial type of a personality. There is a group of offences performed by mentally ill persons. In psychiatric medico-legal practice it can be seen that a decrease in depression in the state of mind predisposes to or even conditions the execution of particular groups of crimes. The aim of this study is to analyze the typical depression related behaviors that may lead to the commitment of a crime.
