Summary

Retrovirus RNA genomes contain a dimer linkage structure (DLS) with duplex and quadruplex domains. This conserved structure is predictable across most human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) isolates and Moloney murine sarcoma virus (MuSV).
