Background:

Conjunctival nodules are uncommon presentations in pediatric ophthalmology.
Follicular conjunctivitis can sometimes be associated with nodular formations.

A 12-year-old boy presented with a year of intermittent bilateral follicular conjunctivitis.
Yellowish bulbar and limbal nodules were observed with minimal symptoms.

Findings:

Histopathology revealed non-caseating epithelioid cell granulomas with giant cells.
Lesions showed partial response to topical corticosteroids but persisted for years.
Systemic investigation did not identify an underlying cause.

Implications:

This case highlights a rare, self-limiting granulomatous condition of the conjunctiva in a child.
