This study reports the first entirely laparoscopic radical urotheliectomy for bladder cancer in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). The complex procedure involved radical cystoprostatectomy and bilateral nephroureterectomy, demonstrating feasibility in select ESRD patients.
